Hello! I hope you are doing well. Things are seemingly getting better, and I’m cautiously optimistic. I apologize for the lack of posts recently, I finished my final school exams ~2 months ago, and have since been on break, as I burned out hard from the intense revision.

I had put all my projects on hold, as I didn’t want to work on them unless I could put in all my focus, which I couldn’t do before my exams. Recently I’ve started my projects up again, but it couldn’t be at a worse time with these horrific component shortages.

Fortunately, I have started to work on projects utilizing components that are still in stock (somehow?). Projects like the SDSense will have to wait until the stock of microcontrollers stabilizes. One of the projects that I’ve been working on is a embedded device which runs Linux, which I think is really cool. I really like the idea of being able to run a operating system and run commands like “apt install” etc. on an embedded device I made, just like a Raspberry Pi! Although it has been a steep learning curve; trying to route DDR3 memory is painful to say the least.

In the coming weeks I will be making numerous posts on a project I worked on last summer, which is a ultra-low-cost electrocardiogram. This was a very very fun project, and somewhat dangerous in the end too. I can’t wait to show you more.

See you soon!
